Principal Attorney (Retired)
Todd is one of the two founders of Oxner + Permar. Since 1994 he has been known statewide for his creativity, tenacity, and success in handling workers' compensation claims, often seeing successful claims where other attorneys did not. His aggressive style and track record contributed to his being in the first class of attorneys the North Carolina State Bar declared as board-certified specialists in workers' compensation.

R.H. "Chip" Permar, III
Principal Attorney
Chip is one of the founding and managing partners of Oxner + Permar. His practice is focused on helping injured workers and their families obtain the medical treatment and compensation they deserve. In 2005, Chip and Todd partnered to create Oxner + Permar and quickly grew the firm from one office in Greensboro to thirteen offices across North and South Carolina.
